I am writing to file a complaint about an order I placed through DoorDash from this restaurant on Saturday, August 22. This was the second time I had ordered from this restaurant. The order included noodles, rice, and a kids’ order of noodles. When I served the rice and noodles to my wife, she found a piece of metal in the food. We were unable to determine whether the metal came from the rice or the noodles. This is a very serious food safety concern. Fortunately, my wife found the piece of metal before eating it. What concerns me the most is that this could have ended up in my daughter’s plate, since we also ordered food for a child. Someone could have been seriously injured. I posted a review about this incident on the DoorDash app to warn other customers, but my review does not appear to be approved or it seems to be removed. I believe this issue should be taken seriously and investigated. Customers should be aware of potential safety concerns when ordering food from this restaurant.

So busy tonight but we received excellent customer service from Bartender Gavin and theanager Josh. Much appreciated. Service was great, food was delish and drinks were amazing. We tried a few of their new dishes and they were great!

I had a very disappointing experience at P.F. Chang’s in Riverside. The food took an extremely long time to come out, and when it finally arrived, our orders were wrong. The service was horrible from start to finish, and there was very little communication or urgency from the staff. By the time my food came out, I was no longer hungry because of how long we had been waiting. The food itself wasn’t good enough to make up for the poor experience. To make matters worse, after all of that, we were informed that a 20% gratuity fee would be added to our bill. It was frustrating to be expected to pay an automatic gratuity after receiving such poor service. Thankfully, the manager was understanding and kind enough to remove the 20% charge after we explained the situation. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Between the long wait, incorrect orders, poor service, and the attempted gratuity charge, I left extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this location based on my experience.

Jessica was super attentive and vibes were immaculate. I’ll always ask for her upon dining at Chang’s. Drink was delish. Food was yum. Will come back to see that cutie, patootie.

Amazing customer service on a Mother's Day. Even food is always amazing. Cook to order excellent all around 5 stars and the waitress. Amazing customer service as well individually. Recommend this server Ashlyn
